We generally ship via USPS ground. However, you may also select expedited shipping once the order is completed. Please keep in mind that each order is hand painted and the time necessary to create the order is not impacted by the selected shipping method.  Please see the product description page for estimated creation time and the checkout page for all shipping options.

Due to the nature of these products, refunds will not be issued unless we have made an error on our part (i.e. misspelling a name, etc.).
